Below are some rules specific to our affiliate program in addition to all the terms and conditions in the links above.
- Please always adhere to these FTC guidelines when promoting our products and services. https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/advertising-and-marketing
- All affiliate that reside in the USA must complete and return a signed W-9 tax form prior to receiving affiliate payouts.
- Affiliate commissions are paid on or around the 10th of each month.
- Unpaid commissions due to W-9 non compliance will be forfeited after one year.
- Affiliate is responsible for keeping their contact details and payment details up to date.
- Unpaid commissions held do to invalid contact or payout details will be forfeited after one year.
- In no way shape or form shall the affiliate promote using bulk email, spam or any shady means regardless of the legality of such method. Don't send Spam or using safe lists or solo ads of any kind.
- Don't offer cash rebates, cash backs, gift cards or physical product incentives etc to people who buy through your affiliate link.
- Don't use negative words such as 'scam' in any promotional campaign.
- Don't misrepresent our product/offer, or events.
- You are not allowed to create Facebook groups or Facebook pages related to Blog &Video Con or Simple Easy Marketing or any of our affiliated offerings.
- Affiliates shall use best practice to maintain our reputation and honor in representing our affiliate offers.
